To ensure that you get the most out of your sessions, this package follows a very specific outline with targeted deliverables each step of the way. There will be homework for you and for me.
Pre-Meeting: Prior to our first session, you’ll receive an intake form that I’ll use to customize your business page for you, ensuring all relevant SEO information is included.
Meeting 1 – Orientation: This session you’ll acclimate to your business page and we’ll create a marketing plan of action. During this time, we will also go over the additional software you’ll need over the course of the program and secure secondary social media channel accounts. You will receive a plan document after this meeting to use as a roadmap for the duration of the program.
Meeting 2 – Keyword and SEO: During this brainstorming session we will create a list of personal, entertainment, useful, and profitable keywords to use in your social media and online marketing collateral.
Photo Shoot: Creating social media worthy pictures is a different animal from having photos taken for headshots or professional purposes. As part of this program you have access to Lights! Camera! Sales! to learn how to take your own photos, or we can facilitate a social photo session with Saira Valley, a local influencer, boutique owner, and author, to take a stock of photos for you to use on your social media. (Photography time is an added cost)
Meeting 3 – Content Creation: This week we’ll set up your twitter feed and a system for you to consistently create new content for your business page. Use the creator studio to schedule your posts into the future so you don’t feel changed to social media all the time, and you’ll have a content strategy for the next 2 weeks.
Meeting 4 – Printable: Create your lead magnet. This week we’ll talk about what should be included in your lead magnet and get the bare bones of the content ironed out. You will have access to Michele Bradley’s course to create your own printable using your branding with the outline you leave with or one of our graphic designers can create one for you (Design Services are an extra cost).
Meeting 5 – Creating a Landing Page: Use your email service to create a landing page for your business.
Meeting 6 – Using Newsletters: Keeping your market consistently warm using one email a week gives you the ability to scale your business exponentially. You can even segment your newsletters by recipient to make it extra customizable.
Meeting 7 – Creating Video & Repurposing content: You’ll learn how to use Wave.video to create advertising and marketing videos in less than 15 minutes. Introduction to content repurposing to multiple platforms so you don’t waste a lot of time recreating the wheel over and over.
Meeting 8 – Going Live: The bane of social influence existence is going live, but it’s also the best way to grow. We’ll talk about your setup, how to go live, maximizing your tools, additional bonus features and get a live schedule ready for the next 3 months.
Meeting 9 – Devils in the Data: Use the Facebook Analytics to see what’s working and what isn’t.
Meeting 10 - Freezing Cold Markets: Ultimately you need to be able to use all these things to grow your business. You’ll learn 3 ways to use your business page to grow your market, including, vendor events, groups, networking events, and training sessions.
