Seriously, why do I need this?

I have a ton of training videos where I go on and on about the details behind how our customers brain algorithm works, but I in a nutshell: Finding a new customer and getting them to shop from you is as difficult as finding someone you like on Tinder and getting them to marry you. It doesn’t happen as fast as you’d think, if at all. And if you’re not treating your customer acquisition like a business version of e-harmony then that's why you're stalling.

If you want a prayer of being metaphorically matched up with your ideal customer, you’ll have to follow a very similar relationship pattern to a traditional courtship. Kind of like I’m doing with you right now 😊.

The Process of DIY

Here’s the thing. I’ve been doing this for a while so I’m going to lay it straight for you. It is 100% possible for you to learn and implement this entire course by yourself, but it’s going to take you a LOT of time. 

  1. You’ll need to read 100+ books on running a business, neuroscience, marketing psychology, human behavior, consumer economics, and mindset (because reading all those other books can wear you down)
  2. Read at least (if not more) a thousand articles on the Facebook Algorithm, Instagram Algorithm, Video creation, Content Management, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, so you can learn how to manipulate the algorithm to do what you want it to
  3. Figure out how much of what you read still applies, and how much is crap, so you can pull out the few pieces of information that will help you. (dude, I’m not kidding, its so freaking frustrating)
  4. Decide on an organization system to catalog all this information because by now you cant remember what you read where (that was a sad day for me – but I Have a system NOW)
  5. Create a business and marketing plan based off everything you learned.
  6. Oh, and as a bonus (this I left for last because it’s ridiculously expensive), spend thousands of dollars on coaches and courses to teach you how it all fits together. 

It's a long process.

But you can learn how to do it. When I was a boutique owner, I learned it all myself. I had 20 years of business, finance, and leadership experience, but social media experience – not as much.  It took me about 5 years, and after 3 of those years I realized that to truly be good at it, and know why and how everything works, I had to leave my first business to do learn it full time. If you try to shortcut it, and just learn what you need to, it’ll take you a very difficult year to 2 years. 

I’m not saying this to be pushy or salesy, but these are the two options available to you. Spend money now, and save on the time side of things, or save money now, spend a lot of time and possibly a lot of money  later

With me, you don’t just get the information in our coaching sessions. You get nuggets of business wisdom that you didn’t even know you needed. Whether you need a website first or not, how many social media channels you should be on, what kind of software do you need/not need, what kinds of services are scams vs. not. I'm kinda like a business strategy concierge. 

Session Structure and Deliverables

To ensure that you get the most out of your sessions, this package follows a very specific outline with targeted deliverables each step of the way. There will be homework for you and for me.

Pre-Meeting: Prior to our first session, you’ll receive an intake form that I’ll use to customize your business page for you, ensuring all relevant SEO information is included. 

Meeting 1 – Orientation: This session you’ll acclimate to your business page and we’ll create a marketing plan of action. During this time, we will also go over the additional software you’ll need over the course of the program and secure secondary social media channel accounts. You will receive a plan document after this meeting to use as a roadmap for the duration of the program.  

Meeting 2 – Keyword and SEO: During this brainstorming session we will create a list of personal, entertainment, useful, and profitable keywords to use in your social media and online marketing collateral. 

Meeting 3 – Content Creation: This week we’ll set up your twitter feed and a system for you to consistently create new content for your business page. Use the creator studio to schedule your posts into the future so you don’t feel changed to social media all the time, and you’ll have a content strategy for the next 2 weeks. 

Meeting 4 – Printable: Create your lead magnet. This week we’ll talk about what should be included in your lead magnet and get the bare bones of the content ironed out. You will have access to Michele Bradley’s course to create your own printable using your branding with the outline you leave with or one of our graphic designers can create one for you (Design Services are an extra cost). 

Meeting 5 – Creating a Landing Page:  Use your email service to create a landing page for your business. 

Meeting 6 – Using Newsletters:  Keeping your market consistently warm using one email a week gives you the ability to scale your business exponentially. You can even segment your newsletters by recipient to make it extra customizable. 

Meeting 7 – Creating Video & Repurposing content: You’ll learn how to use Wave.video to create advertising and marketing videos in less than 15 minutes. Introduction to content repurposing to multiple platforms so you don’t waste a lot of time recreating the wheel over and over. 

Meeting 8 – Going Live: The bane of social influence existence is going live, but it’s also the best way to grow. We’ll talk about your setup, how to go live, maximizing your tools, additional bonus features and get a live schedule ready for the next 3 months.

Meeting 9 – Devils in the Data: Use the Facebook Analytics to see what’s working and what isn’t. 

Meeting 10 - Freezing Cold Markets: Ultimately you need to be able to use all these things to grow your business. You’ll learn 3 ways to use your business page to grow your market, including, vendor events, groups, networking events, and training sessions.

FAQs

Why is this session closed?

Due to the intense nature of the RenovateTM programs, I only work with one client per specialty at a time. When I’m working with a client, the program is closed. During that time you may submit an application to join the waiting list. Please be sure to fill out the onboarding questionnaire and email it to info@directtosuccess.net for us to review. Someone from our team will get in touch with you when we have openings available. 

How long does this program run for?

All sessions need to be completed within the 6 month period. Any outstanding sessions remaining will be forfeit. 

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before our first session. There are no refunds available after the 1st session is completed.

What if I can’t make a session?

For you to stay on track, you will need to go through the sessions in the order and on the schedule that is set, we all know life happens – there are fires at work that need to get put out, projects that run over, and kids that get sick – so don’t fret too much if an emergency comes up that means you have to reschedule a session. To reschedule, you can email appointments@theleadershiplaunchpad.com. You will receive a link to reschedule our session. You may reschedule up to 2 sessions.

Are our meetings confidential?

The coaching relationship, even during coach guided sessions need to be a place of safety where both parties feel comfortable sharing information that they may not otherwise broadcast. Before the start of the session you will receive a contract and a Non-Disclosure Form. This is a contract whereby we both agree not to disclose any non-public information to anyone outside of the course. This will ensure that whatever you tell me remains private.

Do you offer a payment plan?

I do! You can pay for the course in 6 monthly installments. There is a small fee assessed for payment plans. 

Can I do this course as a self-guided study?

I do have a ton of articles, videos, and courses you can purchase for self-guided study. You won’t get all of the same information since a lot of the nuggets of gold that you get from private coaching come from the long term relationship we’ll develop. The more intimately I know your business, the better I can advise you and customize the coaching. Using a self guided study will work (I build my own business on self guided study), but the commitment and length of time until you hit goal will vary according to your schedule and motivation. 

Are these sessions 1:1?

Yes, this program is completely personalized and I work with you on your business only. 

Is this program for me?

I’m not gonna lie to you, this is a serious commitment. But you’ve already been trying to get these things set up for how long now. Take a minute and think back to when you first said you needed to sort out your business page and get a newsletter going, and work on your funnels. A year? 2 years? How much money have you already spent on tools and resources to streamline your business, not to mention the lost income from not having funnels in place? 

When I thought back to how much time I wasted, I realized that it was a no brainer. You can get all the things that you’ve been wanting to do, in less than 6 months. 

But that doesn’t mean that this program is for you. If you don’t have an idea for your business nailed down or are still trying to figure out your back office, then you won’t get much out of this program. You will also need to be willing to do the work. Though I’m here to help you, will guide you through every step, and provide you with a lot of deliverables, ultimately this is your business, and you need to be willing to commit to doing the work and do things that are going to be way outside your comfort zone. If you feel like your anxiety levels are high, and you don’t think you can commit to doing the work at this time, there’s no shame there, I suffered with anxiety for years. I recommend checking out the Mindset Makeover course before embarking on a program like this and coming back when you’re ready to tackle your business.

It does not include hiring a photographer to take your social media photos or any graphics services. All graphic work is quoted at $75/hour.
